The Role: Sales & Marketing Manager
We are seeking an exceptional Sales & Marketing Manager to lead their marketing and sales strategies. Reporting to the General Manager/CEO, you will be responsible for creating and executing comprehensive campaigns, driving lead generation and positioning Green Heart Kilifi as a trusted brand in sustainable real estate.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute strategic marketing and sales initiatives that drive business growth.
● Establish and manage sales pipelines, ensuring consistent lead generation and deal closure.
● Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies in line with business goals.
● Lead the development and execution of brand strategy to ensure a strong, consistent, and impactful presence across all touchpoints.
● Lead real estate campaigns to generate leads and close sales.
● Track and analyze marketing metrics and sales performance.
● Work with stakeholders to build brand visibility and trust.
● Ensure marketing materials and campaigns adhere to company values and goals.
● Drive digital marketing initiatives, social media engagement and content marketing efforts.
● Oversee partnerships and sponsorships that enhance the brand’s presence.
● Develop and manage a high-performing sales and marketing team.
